I was trying to find some discount code ( :) ) on google for Sydney Tools and got to this page. I was just one click away to place my order worth around $260. Now I won't shop with them.

Seems ridiculous that a warehouse (if the item is in a warehouse owned and managed by Sydney tools) that it would take 11 days to put a courier sticker on it and send it out the door.

The problem I have is that I'm not sure what I want and it will usually take me 15mins to explain to them the right part which then costs only $2 with 10 people waiting in line.

First time they sent me a damaged product (online order) and they just ignored me when I sent them photos of it. Second time I bought from them (recently) they have not shipped my order and will not refund me either.

I did not get "Sorry sir for this mistake, I will get one out to you with overnight mail" as I would have in the US, from where I come. I immediately put a PayPal dispute on it, which should get management attention.

If you use your holesaw kit only once in a while, then the cheaper standard kits from bunnings/sydney tools will do.

Can't comment on their hole saws, but I recently purchased some XTorque 6.5mm SDS Plus drill bits- made in Germany. For $5 they were excellent and cheaper than some chinese made ones!

Given this was only a recent occurrence, I recommend you talk to your bank about it so that you get every dollar back. They don't deserve to keep even a cent for doing literally nothing at all.

I can't agree with that. Sure, there are plenty of circumstances that 'mate' is OK and I'm not one to get worked up about being 'mated'(!)

Stahlwille / Gedore / Hazet / Snap-on etc. are way too expensive for guys that actually use their tools for a living in a tough environment.
